Subprime Loans

The Salt Lake Board of REALTORS® has just announced the foreclosure statistic rates for subprime loans. I thought I would share this information with you.
In Utah, the subprime loan foreclosure rate at the end of the first quarter was 4.84 percent. This figure is well below the United States subprime loan foreclosure rate of 10.74 percent. This means that 95% of Utah’s subprime loans are NOT in foreclosure!
This information continues to show that Utah’s families are not affected similarly as others are across the country. Utah is still a great state and a wonderful place to call home. It is my goal that everyone has the opportunity to achieve the American dream of homeownership.
